Q: How fast can I get the product?
A: Your product will arrive within 8 hours or faster. Make sure you leave the correct email address when making an order.
Q: Are those Product Key genuine?
A: Yes, they are 100% genuine and can also get support from Microsoft
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: For digital download product we don't accept refund unless somehow we send out wrong product key, we have special software to check if the key match the product or not. Once we confirm the product key is sent wrong, we will either exchange or refund buyer's money.
Q: I have trouble to install the software/Windows, can you help?
A: We will try the best to help our customer go through every step of the installation. However, due to varies computer system and setup, we are not able to cover every customer for complete installation.
